Q: Where can I download the latest version?
The latest application is available for download from
Android Market.On Android mobile phone, the application can be downloaded using android market place application and typing "Amsecure" in search area.
Q: Which Android OS is supported by Amsecure?
Amsecure is supported Android 2.0 and above.
Q: Is it required that the mobile has to be on GPRS/WiFi all the time?
Not actually.Your mobile needs to be on GPRS/WiFi while installation and performing backup.
Q: Why AmSecure asks for buddy information like email address and contact number?
Buddies are the trusted people who can send various requests to the mobile phone using SMS incase AmSecure powered mobile device is lost/stolen. 'Block', 'locate' and 'run in spy mode' happen to be some of these requests.
Once the user registers AmSecure application, an email is sent to all buddies providing them details about these requests.Buddies can also get status of their request over email and SMS.
The buddy information taken from the user is not stored anywhere but on the owner's mobile.
Aftek Limited ensures that the information would not be used for any other purpose or shared with any other organization or person.

Q: How do I restore my data?
For restoring backed up data,store the backed up file at some location on SDCard.Please click on Backup & Restore tab in the AmSecure main screen.Select the zip file to be restored and click restore button.
Q: Why should I opt for the Advanced version?
Advanced version provides a "multi-factor" voice authentication system, a non-invasive voice biometrics algorithm is used to verify an individual's identity.This guarantees that no one would be able to break into the phone thus keeping it safe and secure.
Q: Can I buy the application without downloading trial version?

a) Please e-mail us at amsecuresupport@aftek.com with your name and registered e-mail id. Please let us know whether you are interested in standard or advanced version.

| b) You will be provided payment instructions within 1 business day. Mostly it will be payment on PayPal or equivalent. |
| c) Once the payment is realized, you will receive AmSecure Support Tool and amsecure activation code. |
| d) You will need to install the AmSecure Support Tool. |
| e) The application will verify your platform and install application version suitable for your phone. It will import configuration from eval version too! |

Q: I have bought standard version of the application. How do I upgrade it to advanced version without losing configuration?
Please look for 'Application upgrade' option in the installed AmSecure application. You should receive payment instructions within 1 business day.
Q: Do I have to reinstall application while changing from standard version to advanced version?
No, you don't need to reinstall the application. It will switch to advance version as soon as the payment is realized and the application connects to our server.
